The Friends of the Davis Public Library are sponsoring a heartwarming and uplifting presentation at the Stoddard Town Hall Saturday March 13 at 7pm. It is called "It's not About the Hike" by Nancy Sporborg and Pat Piper. It's a multimedia presentation which grew out of their decision to begin walking at noontime. Since then they've climbed mountains but discovered that we all have our own "mountains" to climb such as going to college, getting a job, bringing up children, caring for aging parents, etc.

The Stoddard Congregational Church is sponsoring a Indoor Yard/Craft Sale at the Lucy B. Hill Community Room of the Faulkner School. Rent a table for $15.00 or donate items to be sold. Proceeds will benefit Youth Fellowship at the church, Call Kim Anderson (446-3713), Kim Rumrill (446-7447) or Carol Clark (446-7562) for more details or to rent a table.
