This is the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Stoddard School
Board held at James Faulkner Elementary School. The public is welcome
to attend.
The 15th of April is the final day that completed "2010 Inventories of Taxable Property" are due in the Selectmen's Office at the Town Hall. This is required of all owning property in Stoddard, as per RSA 74.
Dick Traina will deliver an informative talk on a little known happening in Stoddard: The World War II Conscientious Objector Camp - Camp Simon. One of the original buildings is still in use today.
Annual Route 123 Roadside Cleanup on Saturday, April 24, meeting at 8 a.m. at Stymest’s. Trash bags, safety vests and water are supplied. Bring gloves. The Board of Selectmen will conduct a work session in the Selectmen's Office at the Town Hall on Wednesday, April 28th at 7 PM. This was incorrectly posted as being conducted on the 26th of April. The purpose of this work session will be to continue the review of the proposals received for the operation of the Transfer Station.
The Davis Public Library is hosting a "Meet the Candidates Night" on Friday, April 30, at 7pm at the Stoddard Town Hall. This is an opportunity for residents to meet candidates for public office and to ask any question before they vote in the May elections.
