Congratulations to Stoddard's Oldest Citizen - Lina Vaillancourt

Since 2010, the Town of Stoddard has bought back a long neglected tradition of honoring its oldest citizen with the awarding of the Boston Post Cane.  At this year’s Town Meeting, we are continuing that tradition by honoring long-time Stoddard resident, Lina Vaillancourt, as our oldest citizen.

Lina was born on August 14, 1920 in St. Pauline, Quebec, Canada.  She has lived in Stoddard since 1960.
