A Meeting, organized by the Selectmen, will be held for all Town of Stoddard employees and boards to familiarize them with the Emergency Planning Process.
This meeting will include the following people: Selectmen, Fire Dept., Forestry, Police, Town Clerk & Assistants, Tax Collector & Deputy, Supervisors of the Checklist, Library Trustees and employees, Planning Board, ZBA, School Board, Building Committee, Financial Advisory Committee, CIP Committee, Trustee of Trust Funds, Treasurer, Custodian, and Compliance Officer.

This is an informational meeting to get everyone "on board" with the emergency planning process. You should also be aware of the Greater Monadnock Public Health Network at http://co.cheshire.nh.us/PublicHealth . This is an agency tasked with enhancing and improving health related services among muncipalities in the region.
The Selectmen urge everyone to attend, if at all possible.
