ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF A MEETING
It is hereby noticed that the Stoddard Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting June 30, 2010 at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall.
Among the things to be considered is a Public Hearing at 7:10 PM on an application by Jennifer and Scott Tucker for a Variance of the Community Planning Ordinance - Article lll, Section 1 to construct a deck with less than 25’ set back from the property line. (Tax Map # 139, Lot # 1 – North Shore Road)
