Minutes of meetings of the Planning Board

A complete record of all the Planning Board's minutes are available at the Town Hall. Evelyn Nadeau, the Administrative Assistant is available in the Selectmen's office on Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.   Minutes of the meetings are posted at the Town Hall, the Post Office and at the Town Clerk's office.

Important information for viewing meeting minutes

Only the dates which are underlined can be viewed. If the date is not underlined it means that the minutes are not available. Please note that minutes are not posted until the Planning board approves of the minutes and corrections are made at the following month's meeting. Therefore the minutes will always be posted approximately 1 month following the meeting.
