The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) handles appeals of administrative decisions that have been denied by other boards, appeals for variances, and requests for special exceptions.

Office Hours :

The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets the first Monday of the month as needed, usually at town hall. Meeting dates and times are posted at the Town Hall, the Post Office and the Town Clerk's office. Minutes of the meetings are posted below, at the Town Hall, the Post Office and the Town Clerks office.
