Vital Records

Since the Town of Stoddard's year of Incorporation (1774), the Town Clerk has been the depository of all of the Town of Stoddard vital records, including: births, marriages and deaths.  By State law, public access to these records is limited. Only records 50 years old or prior, are available to view by the public. Requests for copies of vital records 50 years old or newer can be obtained by request, at the Town Clerk's office.  Appropriate State fees apply.

Copies:  The Town Clerk or Deputy Town Clerk will prepare Certified Copies of Marriages, Births, and Deaths certificates for the applicable State fee, per certified copy. The NH Department of Vital Records requires photo identification from customers requesting copies of vital records.
