The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) handles requests for variances to the Community Planning Ordinances, requests for special exceptions as defined in the Ordinances, and appeals of administrative decisions that have been denied by other boards. Members are appointed to the ZBA by the Selectmen for three year terms, ending on month & date shown above.
Office Hours
The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at 730pm as needed, usually at the Town Hall. A quorum is three members.
