TOWN OF STODDARD

Results of the Building Committee Informational Meetings

The Stoddard Building Committee conducted two Public Informational Meetings of February 26 and 27 at the Town Hall to communicate the progress and status of their work relating to the Town Hall, potential town office space and other town-owned buildings. 

Public Informational Meeting Conducted by the Building Committee

The Building Committee and Baybutt Construction will conduct a Public Informational Meeting for the purpose of communicating progress and status of their work relating to Town Hall, potential town office space and other town-owned buildings.  The Gould House will be open to the public.  The meeting will take place in the Town Hall starting at 7 PM on Friday, February 26.  A second meeting for any who cannot attend Friday evening will be held on Saturday, February 27th, at 10 AM.


Proposed Budget for Stoddard School District for FY 2010-2011

The public hearing on the Stoddard School District budget was held on February 4 at the Faulkner Elementary School.  On Thursday, March 4, at 7:00pm all registered voters in the Town of Stoddard are requested to meet at the James Faulkner Elementary School Multipurpose Room to act on the following subjects:

Boy Scout Food Drive to benefit the Community Kitchen

Boy Scout Troop 530 will be passing out announcement pamphlets to the residents in town on Saturday, December 7, 2009 for a food drive to benefit the Community Kitchen.  They will return on Sunday, November 15, 2009, in the afternoon, to collect any donations you might have.   This is a community service program that the Boy Scouts are required to perform.  For further information contact Dean Huber @ 446-3311. 

Important Meeting on the Emergency Planning Process for all Stoddard Employees & Town Boards

A Meeting, organized by the Selectmen, will be held for all Town of Stoddard employees and boards to familiarize them with the Emergency Planning Process.
