Meeting date:

Stoddard Trustees of the Trust Funds
Meeting Minutes – February 16, 2023
Meeting called to order at 10 AM
Members Present – David Lesser, Dean Dorman and Terri LaRoche (all via Zoom)
NHPDIP of Funds from the 2022 Warrant Articles
David was signed onto NHPDIP and shared his screen to demonstrate how to move the Funds (65k total from
the Town) from TD bank to the correct account in NHPDIP:
 “ACH Purchase” is what is used to move money to NHDPIP. David demonstrated both starting from
the account list as well as continuing purchases when one account is complete.
 Older accounts will show TD bank twice, this is fine, they are both the same TD account and likely a
result of account renaming at TD as initially it was named “cemetery”. He picked the top one but
either is fine.
 Once amount is input there is a review page – verify both the account chosen as well as the dollar
amount prior to hitting submit.
 While we have no money to move from NHPDIP to TD the process is essentially the same just utilize
“redeem” instead of ACH Purchase.
 Prior to the meeting David had completed the “ACH Purchase” for Granite Lake Village District and
noted that it took about 3 days to complete. Best practice is a quick follow up after completion to
review both TD Bank and NHPDIP.
Conducting Business Outside of Trustee Meetings
David reminded us that we need to be very careful not to conduct business outside of meetings and via
email. This does not mean that follow ups agreed upon at a meeting will not occur outside of a meeting, but
in general responses to outside people should indicate we will bring it to a meeting to discuss (and they are
welcome to join).
Calendar
David had created a shared Google Calendar and sent the invite to Terri and Dean who have access to edit.
We may in the future think about creating a separate GMAIL to pass on to future Trustee’s but will work with
this for now to see how it goes. Dean will see if he can get the calendar added and Terri will try to add a few
entries to see if she is successful.
Trust Fund Details
We have clarified Granite Lake Village District and Aten Road Village District leaving only “Parks and Rec” and
some of the Cemetery as unknown. The Cemetery clarity is the responsibility of the Cemetery Commission
and they are now aware. Parks and Rec has not been found except some language on “the recreation
commission”, and as that no longer exists, the Trustee’s all agree this needs to be redefined or eliminated.
Terri will follow up with Michelle Pong to get this on a Selectmen’s meeting as they would need to own
creating a warrant article to do what they want with this.

David Mentioned if Granite Lake and Aten Road need their details in January (they run Calendar Year) then
we would need to provide all with status at the end of the Fiscal Year. An alternative would be to get the
MS9/MS10 uploaded on to the Website and it is available for all, which we feel is a good idea. David also
mentioned possibly even putting them in the Town Report.
Future Business
Little Big Forest will be an Agenda item at our next meeting as we need to “lock this down” on intent and
agents following land purchase.

Meeting adjourned at 10:40 AM
