You are hearby notified that the appeal of Heather Plante for a Variance, to build a garage on her property within the 25 foot setback as required in the Stoddard CommunityPlanning Ordinance, Article III, Section I , has been GRANTED by the affirmative vote of at least three members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

This approval shall be valid if exercised within 2 years fom the date of final approval, and shall not expire withing 6 months after the resolution of a planning application filed in reliance upon this decision as per RSA 67433, IV.
