Town of Stoddard Zoning Board of Adjustment

Minutes of Meeting July 16, 2020

This meeting was held in person at the town hall and virtually using Zoom. Do to technical difficulties the start was delayed until 7:36pm

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Jason Kovarik.

Members present: Chairperson Jason Kovarik, Vice Chairperson Franz Haase, Bud Record, Doug Summerton, Herb Healy Alternates present: Milosh Bukovcan via Zoom

Hearing: None

New Business

The Selectmen would like all town representatives to utilize the Stoddard.nh.org domain when doing town business. Given a choice of designs, members voted on first initial and last name then @Stoddard.nh.org. Doug made the motion, Bud second the motion all voted in favor.

Jason will check on getting the Stoddard.nh.org domain setup for our use. Members would like clarification and training on how to appropriately use emails for town business.

Minutes of June 18,2020

Bud made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Herb second the motion and all voted in favor.

Old Business:  None

A Motion was made by Miloush to adjourn. The Motion was seconded by Franz. The Motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm. The next meeting will be August 20, 2020 at 7:30 pm at the Stoddard Town Hall and via Zoom.
