1. Call to Order: 7:04 pm

                                a. Roll Call: Geri, Christine, Jan, Debbi

Angel called the special meeting for a discussion/vote on the ventilation proposal for the library provided by W.V. Engineering Associates.  The proposal from W.V. Engineering Associates was for a ventilation plan only, installation and the Air Exchanger would be provided by Bergeron Plumbing and Heating. 

Geri researched and found the library is considered a low-medium risk environment per OSHA.  For low-medium risk environments, masks, sneeze guards/shields, social distancing and air movement are the suggested steps to protect from COVID-19.  All of these measures are currently in place at the library.  Jan shared her knowledge on the topic and adding an air exchanger would have little impact on the spread of COVID-19.  The suggestion of adding a fan to each room of the library would be an additional measure in helping with air movement. 

All discussion lead to the agreement that this would not have any impact on the reopening the library due to COVID-19.  Angel made a motion to not accept the proposal from W.V. Engineering. Jan seconded the motion.  The motion passed unanimously.
