ASSESSMENT NOTICE- TOWN OF STODDARD

The town of Stoddard is in the 3rd year of a five-year cyclical revaluation. As required by statute and part II, article 6 of the New Hampshire Constitution, municipalities must revalue property every five years. The Town of Stoddard has contracted the assessing firm of M&N Assessing Services, LLC, of Keene, NH to preform a 4-year project to measure and list all property in Stoddard and provide updated values in the fifth year.
The purpose of this project is to verify that the physical data contained on everyone’s property-record card is accurate.
Approximately 25% of properties in Stoddard will be visited annually.
Properties in the Hidden Lake Association area will be visited this year. They are properties located in Town Tax Maps 115 thru 119.
The M&N Listers visiting property will carry identification on their person and vehicle.
