Public Hearing on Proposed Changes to the Community Planning Ordinance

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on proposed changes to the Community Planning Ordinance (CPO) on Tuesday, March 19^th, at the Stoddard Town Hall at 7PM.

Three amendments to the CPO will be heard:

• Article III:3:E         Accessory Dwelling Units
• Article VI                 Non-Conforming Lots
• Article XIV:V           Signs Permitted as Special Exceptions

The current ordinances can be found on the Planning Board Website.  The proposed amendments are attached to this announcement.

After the public hearing the planning board shall, by vote, determine the final form of the ordinance, amendment, or amendments to be presented to the town, which ordinance or amendment may include editorial revisions and textual modifications resulting from the proceedings of that hearing.
