Zoning Board of Adjustment
Minutes of Meeting March 18, 2021
The meeting was called to order by the Chairperson at 7:30 pm.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Jason Kovarik.
Members present: Chairperson Jason Kovarik, Bud Record, Doug Summerton
Members present via zoom: none
Members absent: Herb Healy, Franz Haase
Alternates not present: Milosh Buckovcan
Others present: Harry Power
Zoom is running but no one is in attendance.
Hearing
Nothing on the schedule
New Business
Selectmen stated no one standing on the ZBA board can be on a committee to update the CPO.
Changed “He” to read “Secretary” on the Rule & Procedures document (2nd sentence, item #3, under Officers & Board members.)
Bud made a motion to correct gender specific pronouns in our written documents to be job or title specific. Jason 2nd the motion. All voted in favor of the motion. The Secretary will work on this.
Document updating is tabled until next month.
Harry informed the Board he has many building permits coming in, some may need a ZBA hearing.
Members agreed the town computer used for the ZBA should be updated or replaced. The Secretary will investigate how to go about this and report back to the Chair.

Bud moved to accept the minutes as read. Doug second the motion. Members voted unanimously to accept the minutes as read.

A Motion was made by Bud to adjourn. The Motion was seconded by Doug. The Motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:10 pm. The next meeting will be April 15, 2021, at 7:30 pm at the Stoddard Town Hall and on Zoom. Information for the Zoom meeting is posted outside the Town Clerk’s office and on the Town of Stoddard web site.
