You are hereby notified that the appeal of Antoinetta Capriglione for an Appeal from an Administrative Decision regarding the interpretation of Article III, Section 5 of the Community Planning Ordinance concerning the seasonal classification of her property, has been GRANTED, by the affirmative vote of at least three members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

The property is located on Tax Map 120, Lot 029, 82 Fernwood Road, Stoddard, NH.
