Meeting Minutes for June 15, 2023

The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 7:30  pm

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Chairperson

Roll Call:  Herb Healy Chairperson, Franz Haase Vice Chairperson, Jason Kovarik, Bud Record

Members Excused:  Doug Summerton

Alternate members Present: Milosh Bukovcan, Loren Patton

Others present:  Harry Power Compliance Officer

Public Hearing: None

Correspondence/Reports

              Secretary: Discussed bill's received, Budget report, 2 applications received.

              Compliance Officer: has 4 potential applications for the ZBA

              Board Members: none

Meeting Minutes - Review and approval of May 18, 2023 draft minutes

              Jason made a motion to accept the minutes as written, Bud 2nd the motion is approved.

Old Business

            Discussion on Application fees – find out the minimum notice for newspaper. RSA 676.7 section 4 "cost of posting shall be paid by applicant prior to notice.”  Will use NHMA as resource for fee structures.   

New Business

              Welcome to new ZBA Alternate Loren Patton, discussed the role of  Alternate in the ZBA.

Motion made to adjourn made by Jason, seconded by Franz.  All in favor, meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm.  Next meeting is at 7:30 pm on July 20, 2023, at the Stoddard Town Hall.
