NOTICE OF DECISION

Case: 2021-040821 Tax Map 104, Lot 015

You are hereby notified that the appeal for a Variance by Douglas P. Hudson,Trustee for the Douglas P. Hudson Revocable Living Trust, to build a garage on his property within the 25 foot setback as required in the Stoddard CommunityPlanning Ordinance, Article III, Section 1 , has been GRANTED by the affirmative vote of at least three members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment subject to the following conditions:

 

“No portion of the building will be used as a dwelling”

 

It is further noted that granting this variance is contingent upon the applicant(s) obtaining all required permits.

This approval shall be valid if exercised within 2 years from the date of final approval, and shall not expire within 6 months after the resolution of a planning application filed in reliance upon this decision as per RSA 67433, IV.

Note: The Selectmen, any party to the action, or any person directly affected has a right to appeal this decision. See NH Revised Statutes Annotated, Chapter 677. This notice has been placed on file and made available for public inspection in the records of the ZBA and on the Town of Stoddard Website on 05/24/2021
