You are hereby notified of a Public Hearing to be held at 7:30 pm on July 20, 2023, at the Stoddard Town Hall, concerning a request by Robert Jalbert Trust  for a Special Exception concerning:  Article XII, Section 3, of the Stoddard Community Planning Ordinance.

The Applicant seeks relief to repair/replace walkway to dock and extend dock, on the property located at: 781 Route 123 North, Tax Map 131, Lot 13, in the Lake District.

Note: This hearing is to be held in order to comply with the legal requirement of law (RSA 676.7).  Abutters are invited to attend for their own benefit and information, they are not required by law to attend.  It is advisable for the applicant to attend and present the proposal.  This Hearing may be attended via Zoom by request.

The Applicant proposes to: build a wooden deck within the 50’ wetland buffer zone.  The property is located at:  43 Brook Drive, Stoddard, NH, Tax Map 130, Lot  18,  on Dead Brook, in the Rural Zone.

You are hereby notified of a Public Hearing to be held at 7:30 pm on July 20, 2023, at the Stoddard Town Hall, concerning a request by Sean and Jennifer Scott  for a Special Exception concerning:  Article III, Section 1, of the Stoddard Community Planning Ordinance.

The Applicant seeks relief to build an upper deck and stairs within the required setback from the road, on the property located at: 60 West Shore Circle, Stoddard, NH, Tax Map 124, Lot 12, in the Lake District.

Note: This hearing is to be held in order to comply with the legal requirement of law (RSA 676.7).  Abutters are invited to attend for their own benefit and information, they are not required by law to attend.  It is advisable for the applicant to attend and present the proposal.  This Hearing may be attended via Zoom by request.
